| Aaron & His Former Nurse |

| "Hi Aaron & Family!" |
This is a wonderful Website!! I Just wanted to let everyone who comes here to know that I had the pleasure of being Aaron's nurse the day he left our hospital to go to LA for his surgery.
I only knew him for about 8 hours but I fell in love with the kid the minute I met him. His mother is not exaggerating when she speaks of his courage & determination in fighting this horrible disease.
Even though Aaron was stressed & nervous about his impending surgery, the risks involved & the unknown that was ahead, he maintained his wit & sense of humor. He also kept his wits about him enough to keep me informed about what he could & could not eat & what time his meds were due (like I didn't know that, Aaron, duh!) :o)
Anyway...he's a very cool kid & I can see a bright & wonderful future for him.
And, Mom...you are the greatest! I wish more nurses could see your journal. It certainly gave me a better perspective of what you & other moms with kids that are as challenged as Aaron is are going through.
Now, where the heck is Aaron's e-mail address? I looked everywhere & can't find it!! I want to send him some jokes.
Aaron's ex-nurse (on Apollo East)... Andrea
